Leah DeLong, LMT has practice therapeutic/medical massage services at this location for 10 years and has been licensed MT-19053 in Arizona for 12 years.  She now offers these services secondary to her now primary practice of Trauma informed focused bodywork and coaching.  

Leah works to not be routine and meet each session as if it is new meeting the moment of the client. Primarily servicing American Specialty Health Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arizona Medicare patients 

Myofascial techniques that include trigger point and a form of therapeutic deep tissue to help release tight muscles, increase mobility and recover from injury and surgery. 

As we age, repetative use injuries are simply apart of living, Pain, inflammation and stiffness. Having regular consistent therapeutic massage helps movement and maintaining activities less painful and more enjoyable. 

Leahs treatment space is a large open room, it accomadates one client at a time

if door is locked, she is likely with another client.
